Laura Roklicer

I study what happens in the mind between sleep and waking — and what that space can offer to creativity, therapy, and interpersonal understanding. My research spans lucid dreaming, hypnagogia, metacognition, and creative cognition, with a particular focus on using dream states as tools for writing and artistic practice. I teach Dream Studies at master’s level at the University of Warsaw, and I run retreats and workshops for therapists, writers, and curious minds. At the moment, I am working on a research project exploring togetherness, or how we move and experience the world together.
